国有企业集团的演化研究传统上注重以时间为坐标的阶段划分,而忽略了其中的理论问题,文章从国内外三种关于企业集团形成的理论出发,以基于制度真空的国有企业联合为假设基础,以企业资源理论与资源依存理论为集团公司成长的主要依据,结合PPA理论探讨国有企业集团的混合所有制动态演化路径。研究结果显示,混合国有企业集团的演化路径可以用以上三种理论来综合解释。
The evolutionary research of state-owned conglomerates has traditionally focused on the division of time into coordinate stages, while ignoring the theoretical issues. Based on the theories of formation of conglomerates at home and abroad, the article is based on the assumption that the state-owned enterprises based on institutional vacuum are united , With enterprise resource theory and resource dependence theory as the main basis for the growth of group companies, combined with PPA theory to explore the dynamic evolution of state-owned conglomerates mixed ownership. The results show that the evolutionary path of mixed state-owned conglomerates can be explained comprehensively by using the above three theories.
