对教学能力不同的教 师来说,按统一的课时计划标准去完成同一个教学任务,其效果是不尽相同的。我们在对吴江市梅堰中学课堂教学调研过程中发现,由于教师能力的差异造成教学效果优劣问题在语文、数学、外语等大学科中尤为突出。但在教学实际过程中因为课时计划的统一性使得教学水平高、能力强、课堂教学有实效的教师,也在利用原本可以节省下来的课时不停地“炒冷饭”。对于学校而言,一方面随着素质教育的深入实施,学生的在校时间需要严格控制,而对小学科教学的要求
For teachers with different teaching abilities, accomplishing the same teaching task according to the unified schedule plan has different effects. In the course of investigating classroom teaching in Meihe Middle School in Wujiang City, we found that due to the difference in teachers’ ability, the problem of teaching effects was particularly prominent in the departments of Chinese, mathematics, and foreign languages.
