玻璃钢连接件在铆钉孔、螺栓孔边具有复杂的应力状态。孔边材料除了由剪应力引起的剪切型破坏(图1-a)和应力集中引起的拉伸型破坏(图1-b)以外,还有挤压应力所引起的使孔边受挤压产生发白甚至压碎现象的挤压破坏。材料抵抗挤压的能力称为挤压强度。对玻璃钢的连接件特别需要了解其拚压性能,以供设计、研究人员参考。
FRP connectors in the rivet holes, bolt holes have complex stress state. In addition to the shearing failure caused by shearing stress (Figure 1-a) and the tensile failure caused by stress concentration (Figure 1-b), the hole edge material is also squeezed by the extrusion stress Squeeze damage that causes whitening or even crushing. The ability of a material to resist crushing is called crush strength. The FRP connection in particular need to understand the pressing performance, for the design, the researchers reference.
