本文介绍用TLC测定样品中双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵的含量，经与常用的高氨酸滴定法相比，斑点面积的标准曲线法和计算法的最大误差分别为-13.5％及-6％，而扫描密度法则为±5％。
This article describes the determination of the content of dioctadecyldimethylammonium chloride in the sample by TLC, the maximum error of the standard curve method and calculation method of the spot area compared with the commonly used high-ammonia titration method were -13.5% and -6%, while the scanning density is ± 5%.
