目的:加入促透剂氮酮,研制复方利巴韦林软膏剂并进行体外释药研究。方法:采用比色法测定利巴韦林的含量;用简单小室法,以离体鼠皮为透皮屏障,研究了不同浓度的氮酮对利巴韦林的透皮吸收百分率。结果:经统计学检验,氮酮对利已夺林无显著的透皮吸收促进作用(P>0.05),也不能增加其透皮速度(P>0.05)。结论:建议在复方利巴韦林软膏剂中不加氮酮。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of Azone on promoting agents and the preparation of compound ribavirin ointment. Methods: The contents of ribavirin were determined by colorimetric method. The percutaneous absorption of ribavirin with different concentrations of Azone was studied by the simple chamber method and the transdermal barrier of rat skin. Results: According to the statistical test, Azone could not increase the transdermal absorption (P> 0.05), nor increase the transdermal rate (P> 0.05). Conclusion: It is advisable not to add Azone in compound ribavirin ointment.
