目的:探讨了人参皂甙预防X线辐射后脂质改变与细胞膜电荷改变的作用。方法:BALB/C小鼠接受X线照射后,测定血浆中甘油三酯和胆固醇浓度和细胞电泳率。结果:服用人参皂甙(Ginsenosides)的BALB/C小鼠经3.44Gy一次性X线全身照射后,肝、脾、脑和睾丸组织中脂质过氧化物(LPO)、血浆总胆固醇(Tch)都显著低于单纯照射组,与未照射对照组相近,末梢血红细胞电泳率(RBC-EPM)和脾淋巴细胞电泳率(SL-EPM)也比单纯照射组显著地提高。此外,人参皂甙还可降低小鼠血浆甘油三脂浓度。结论:人参皂甙不仅对辐射所致的细胞膜损害、组织LPO产生过多有防护作用,还可降低血脂。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of ginsenosides on lipid alteration and cell membrane charge changes after X-ray irradiation. METHODS: BALB/c mice were exposed to X-rays to determine plasma triglyceride and cholesterol concentrations and cell electrophoresis. Results: Lipid peroxide (LPO), plasma total cholesterol (Tch) in liver, spleen, brain and testis of BALB/C mice treated with Ginsenosides after whole-body irradiation of 3.44 Gy. All of them were significantly lower than those in the simple irradiation group. Similar to the non-irradiated control group, peripheral blood red blood cell electrophoresis rate (RBC-EPM) and spleen lymphocyte electrophoresis rate (SL-EPM) were also significantly higher than that of the simple irradiation group. In addition, ginsenosides can also reduce plasma triglyceride levels in mice. CONCLUSIONS: Ginsenosides not only have protective effects on cell membrane damage caused by radiation and excessive LPO production, but also lower blood lipids.
