目的探讨脑脊液置换并鞘内注射给药在创伤性蛛网膜下腔出血治疗中的价值。方法回顾性总结分析2002年7月~2005年9月间我院采用脑脊液置换并鞘内注射给药治疗创伤性蛛网膜下腔出血55例的临床效果。结果治愈51例,好转2例,死亡1例,植物生存1例。康复者术后随访3个月~3年,均无顽固性头痛、头晕、癫及脑积水等后遗症发生。结论脑脊液置换并鞘内注射给药治疗创伤性蛛网膜下腔出血,能迅速减少颅内积血、减轻症状,疗效显著。
Objective To investigate the value of cerebrospinal fluid replacement and intrathecal administration in the treatment of traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage. Methods The clinical results of 55 cases of traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage treated with cerebrospinal fluid replacement and intrathecal injection in our hospital from July 2002 to September 2005 were retrospectively analyzed. Results of 51 cases cured, improved in 2 cases, 1 case of death, 1 case of plant survival. All patients were followed up for 3 months to 3 years. No intractable headache, dizziness, epilepsy and hydrocephalus occurred. Conclusion Cerebrospinal fluid replacement and intrathecal injection for the treatment of traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage can rapidly reduce intracranial hemorrhage and relieve symptoms, with a significant therapeutic effect.
