黄河上中游水土流失严重，水资源紧缺，人们为了合理开发利用水利资源，控制水土流失，进行了大规模的水利水土保持工作。今天的黄河已成为人工控制程度很高的河流，水文、泥沙特征受到水利水土保持工程的影响，许多水文站观测的资料并非天然状况。在评估水利水保工程减水减沙作用时，需要了解无水利水保工程条件下的水沙情况。本文即以延河流域为例，探讨了在人类活动影响下还原天然水沙量的计算方法。经过分析比较认为，用多站多因子逐步回归方法计算径流量精度较高；通过径流量及其含沙量计算输沙量方法较优。
Due to serious soil erosion and water shortage in the upper and middle reaches of the Yellow River, people conducted large-scale water and soil conservation work in order to rationally develop and utilize water resources and control soil and water loss. Today, the Yellow River has become a highly controlled river. The hydrological and sediment characteristics are affected by water and soil conservation projects. The data observed by many hydrological stations are not natural. In assessing the effect of water and sediment reduction in water conservancy and so on, it is necessary to understand the situation of water and sediment under the condition of non-water conservancy and water conservancy projects. In this paper, taking Yanhe River Basin as an example, this paper discusses the calculation method of reducing the amount of natural water and sediment under the influence of human activities. After analysis and comparison, it is considered that the multi-station multi-factor stepwise regression method is of high accuracy for calculating runoff. The method of calculating sediment discharge by runoff and its sediment concentration is superior.
