Nursing plays a key role in patient safety. With the deepening of non-punitive researches on patients’ adverse events of safety, we found that there is a quantitative relationship between “human factors” and risk management, and improve patient safety by improving risk management methods and interventions “human factors”. Studies have shown that the attention span of nurses in the medical field is 10% -25% of the working hours. In the past, the research mistakenly believed that being scattered was highly correlated with medical errors. Facts have proved that the causes of the errors are essentially homogeneous. In the past, there was a clear relationship between nurse allocation and patient safety. However, the latest research proves that we can not only focus on the corresponding allocation of nursing human resources, but also pay attention to the need for a multidisciplinary and objective communication tool for nursing and better Nurse positioning, improve nurse’s professionalism and autonomy.
