目的 :探讨基底细胞α -微管蛋白能否作为判断血管性痴呆患者脑认知功能的一项外周生物学指标 方法 :使用免疫组化LSAB法对血管性痴呆患者和正常老年人皮肤基底细胞α -微管蛋白进行检测 ,用图象分析仪进行定性与定量分析 结果 :正常老年组的积分光密度 (IOD) =139.70 ,平均光密度 (AOD) =1.0 0 ,显著高于血管性痴呆组 (VD组 )的IOD =12 0 .55和AOD =0 85,P值均 <0 .0 1 结论 :本研究提示血管性疾呆患者基底细胞α -微管蛋白的定性与定量分析 ,有可能成为判断血管性痴呆患者脑认知功能损害的一项外周生物学指标
Aims: To investigate whether basal cell α - tubulin can be used as a peripheral biological marker in judging brain cognitive function in patients with vascular dementia: Methods: Immunohistochemical staining with LSAB method was used to detect the changes of basal cell α - Tubulin was detected by qualitative and quantitative analysis with image analyzer.
