秘书是为领导层面服务的,其属性之一就是被动性。这是就其工作性质而言。但在这被动的工作中,能否发挥秘书工作者的主动性呢?积二十余年秘书工作的实践经验,我认为如果秘书工作者充分发挥主观能动性,树立起积极进取的秘书工作能动观,就会更好地履行秘书辅助决策的参谋助手职能,使领导人能更全面地了解上下情况,掌握各方信息,认识趋于一致,增加其决策的参考系数和正确性。
The secretary serves the leadership level and one of its attributes is passiveness. This is in terms of the nature of its work. However, in this passive work, can we take advantage of the initiative of secretarial workers? With more than 20 years of practical experience in secretarial work, I think that if secretarial workers give full play to their subjective initiative, they will establish active and enterprising secretary work. It will better perform the staff assistant role of secretary-assisted decision-making so that leaders can more fully understand the situation, grasp the information of all parties, and become more consistent in their understanding of the information, thereby increasing the reference coefficient and correctness of their decisions.
