交通荷载作用于长大上坡路段沥青路面的状况与平坡路段相比,其对沥青路面的作用时间变长,在重载、高温的综合作用下,长大上坡段沥青路面的车辙变形发展、形成速度更快。通过理论分析计算了沥青和沥青混合料在不同荷载作用时间条件下的车辙因子、动态模量。分析结果表明:随着荷载作用时间的增加,车辙因子、动态模量均大幅下降。利用自行研发的可变速、変载的新型车辙仪,进行了3种温度、2种荷载条件下的车辙试验。试验结果表明:随着轮速的降低,车辙动稳定度快速下降,即荷载作用时间对于沥青混合料高温稳定性的影响是非常大的;荷载作用时间增加相当于提高了试验温度;以规范规定的温度条件进行长大上坡路段沥青混合料高温稳定性的验证是非常不合理的。
Compared with the flat slope section, the traffic load acts on the asphalt pavement of the ascending and descending section, and its action time on the asphalt pavement becomes longer. Under the combined action of heavy load and high temperature, the rut deformation of the asphaltic pavement grows up and down , Forming faster. The rutting factor and dynamic modulus of asphalt and bituminous mixture under different loading time were calculated by theoretical analysis. The analysis results show that rutting factor and dynamic modulus decrease significantly with the increase of loading time. The rutting test under three kinds of temperature and two kinds of loading conditions was carried out by using the new wheel-type instrument developed by ourselves with variable speed and load. The test results show that with the decrease of wheel speed, the dynamic stability of rutting rapidly decreases, that is, the influence of load time on the stability of asphalt mixture is very large. The increase of load time is equivalent to the increase of test temperature. Temperature conditions for the uphill section of the asphalt mixture high temperature stability verification is very unreasonable.
