无钻孔固结工艺是完善物理化学方法加固工作面顶板的方向。使用这种方法在回采工作面冒落处,于岩石表层涂注合成树脂,硬化后形成固结层以控制采煤后和移架前有冒落倾向的开裂岩块。免除钻孔过程和喷注树脂不仅可减少固化劳动量,提高工人劳动生产率,而且有可能利用更加简单的设备,直至采用压气喷填固化材料。这样就能极大地简化工艺流程,并具备建立工作面顶板监测和管理自动化系统的先决条件。
No drilling consolidation process is to improve the physical and chemical methods to reinforce the direction of the roof. Using this method, the caving face at the mining face is coated with synthetic resin on the surface of the rock, and a hardening layer is formed to form a consolidation layer to control the cracking rock blocks after coal mining and before caving. The elimination of the drilling process and the injection of resin not only reduce the amount of curing labor and increase the labor productivity of workers, but also make it possible to utilize simpler equipment until compressed air-cured materials are used. This greatly simplifies the process and possesses the preconditions for establishing a roof monitoring and management automation system for work surfaces.
