采用溶液聚合方法,以丙烯酸(AA)与丙烯酰胺(AM)为单体,N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(NMBA)为交联剂,过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂以及一定量的高岭土,通过正交实验设计合成了高岭土/聚丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺复合高吸水性树脂(CPAAM),得到了最优配方条件为:单体总浓度35%(质量浓度,下同),丙烯酸中和度60%,引发剂、交联剂浓度分别为0.2%、0.08%(相对于总单体质量),高岭土浓度5%(相对于总单体质量);此时CPAAM在自来水、0.9%NaCl溶液中的吸液倍率分别为221、47g/g;同时考察了其在有机溶液中的吸液性能。
Using solution polymerization method, using acrylic acid (AA) and acrylamide (AM) as monomer, N, N’-methylenebisacrylamide (NMBA) as crosslinking agent and potassium persulfate (KPS) as initiator, (Kaolin / polyacrylic acid-acrylamide composite super absorbent polymer (CPAAM)) were synthesized by orthogonal design. The optimum conditions for the preparation were as follows: total monomer concentration 35% (mass concentration), acrylic acid The neutralization degree was 60%. The concentrations of initiator and crosslinking agent were 0.2% and 0.08% (relative to total monomer mass) and kaolin concentration was 5% (relative to total monomer mass) The liquid absorption rates in NaCl solution were 221 and 47 g / g, respectively. Meanwhile, the liquid absorption capacity in organic solution was also investigated.
