随着新课程改革的实施,高中体育为调动学生体育锻炼积极性,特开设体育选项教学,让学生根据兴趣和爱好选择体育项目进行锻炼,促使学生发挥运动专长。本文则从选项教学教材编写、备课、优化教学方式及课程评价等多个方面分析加强高中体育选项教学策略,望能给体育教师提供教学参考。 With the implementation of the new curriculum reform, in order to arouse the enthusiasm of students in sports activities, physical education in high schools has set up teaching programs on physical education options so that students can choose sports programs based on their interests and hobbies to exercise their skills and motivate students to exercise their professional skills. This article analyzes and analyzes the teaching strategies of PE options in senior high schools from the aspects of preparation of teaching materials, preparation of lessons, optimization of teaching methods and curriculum evaluation.
