痢特灵主要用于治疗肠道感染，又因其能减少胃酸分泌，抑制胃肠运动，促进溃疡愈合而用于治疗溃疡病。但痢特灵副作用较多，可因服用不当及个体特异性而产生精神障碍，现报道1例。1病例报告患者，男，43岁。因溃疡病服用痢特灵，每日3次，每次0．ig，服药28天（累计药量8．4g）
Furazolidone is mainly used to treat intestinal infections, but also because of its ability to reduce gastric acid secretion, inhibition of gastrointestinal motility and promote ulcer healing for the treatment of ulcer disease. However, furazolidone side effects more, may be due to improper use and individual specificity and mental disorders, is reported in 1 case. 1 case report patient, male, 43 years old. Because of ulcer disease taking furazolidone, 3 times a day, each time 0. ig, medication 28 days (cumulative dose of 8.4g)
