与操作机联动的快锻液压机自动控制,是六十年代发展起来的新技术,对于提高低塑性高强度合金钢及高温合金的锻造质量,减轻繁重的手工操作,提高劳动生产率和节约金属材料等方面,具有重要意义。遵照伟大领袖毛主席“中国人民有志气,有能力,一定要在不远的将来,赶上和超过世界先进水平”的教导,为建造与操作机联动的2000吨快锻液压机,冶金部原黑色冶金设计总院、一机部重型机械研究所等单位,与我院锻压、工企、机床、电器等专业合作,在我院锻压实验室完成了模拟试验。本文着重介绍控制系统试验研究方面的工作。
Automatic control of quick-forging hydraulic press linked with operating machine is a new technology developed in the 1960s. It is used to improve the forging quality of low-plasticity and high-strength alloy steel and superalloy, reduce heavy manual operation, increase labor productivity and save metal materials It is of great significance. In accordance with the teachings of Chairman Mao, the great leader, “Chinese people have ambition, ability and must catch up with and surpass the advanced world level in the near future”, the project aims to build a 2000-tonne rapid forging hydraulic press linked with a handling machine, Metallurgy Design Institute, a machine Heavy Machinery Institute and other units, and our hospital forging, industrial enterprises, machine tools, electrical and other professional cooperation in our hospital forging laboratory completed a simulation test. This article focuses on the control system experimental research work.
