脑肿瘤微侵袭性切除的目的是在保护大脑重要功能的前提下尽可能地切除病变组织。所以,我们需要知道病变与邻近功能脑实质的精确空间解剖关系。由于功能磁共振成像(fMRI)的无创性、相对高的空间分辨力及良好的术前评估能力,它的应用日趋广泛。
The purpose of microinvasive resection of brain tumors is to remove the diseased tissue as much as possible while protecting the important functions of the brain. Therefore, we need to know the precise spatial anatomy of the lesion and adjacent functional brain parenchyma. Due to the noninvasive, relatively high spatial resolution of functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) and good preoperative evaluation, it is widely used.
