亚急性硬化性全脑炎(SSPE)系中枢神经系统麻疹病毒长期持续感染所致。由 SSPE分离出的病毒多为 M(Matrix)多肽缺损的不完全型,推测 M 多肽缺损与中枢神经系统病毒持续感染有某种关联。本文就应用单克隆抗体法研究 SSPE 病毒感染细胞、患者脑组织和实验性急性麻疹脑炎中麻疹病毒各结构多肽的定位,以及对 SSPE 发病机理的新认识作一介绍。
Subacute sclerosing full encephalitis (SSPE) is a long-term persistent infection of the central nervous system measles virus. Most of the viruses isolated from SSPE were incomplete M (Matrix) polypeptide defects. It was speculated that there was some correlation between M polypeptide defects and persistent infection of central nervous system virus. In this paper, the monoclonal antibody method was used to study the localization of each structural polypeptide of measles virus in SSPE virus-infected cells, patient’s brain tissue and experimental acute measles encephalitis, and to introduce the new understanding of the pathogenesis of SSPE.
