依据马斯洛需要层次理论,游客在旅游景区进行相关旅游娱乐活动时,有相应的需求需要在旅游中得到满足。而国内景区中,旅游者的各方面需要得不到满足,进而导致游客数量减少,影响景区经济效益增长及发展前景。旅游景区要保持高速发展并提高竞争力,就要从旅客基本需求出发,以马斯洛需要理论为指导,采取相应的措施,从改善旅游环境,规范管理机制,提高景区设施,塑造人文环境,以满足旅游者的生理需要,安全需要,归属和爱需要,尊重需要和自我实现需要。这是构建自然良好,人文和谐景区的重要组成部分,也是旅游业良性发展的必然需要。
