国产西洋参叶经稀醇提取，聚酰胺柱和 Ｃ Ｍ Ｓｅｐｈａｄｅｘ Ｃ－ ２５ 柱分离，得到２ 种黄色单体，经紫外光谱、质谱、１ Ｈ 和１３ Ｃ 核磁共振光谱鉴定为山柰酚和人参黄酮甙，此２ 种化合物为首次自西洋参中获得。药理实验结果表明，西洋参叶总黄酮具有显著的降低实验动物血压的作用。
The American-American ginseng leaves were extracted with dilute alcohol and separated on a polyamide column and CM Sephadex C-25 column to obtain two yellow monomers. The compounds were identified as Kaempferol and Panax flavonoids by UV, MS, 1 H and 13 C NMR spectroscopy. Alas, these 2 compounds were first obtained from American ginseng. The results of pharmacological experiments show that the total flavonoids of American ginseng leaves have a significant effect on lowering blood pressure in experimental animals.
