患者男 ,16岁 ,因右侧鼻塞、间歇性鼻衄 10年 ,于1998年 7月 8日来我院就诊。检查 :一般情况佳。外鼻无畸形 ,鼻前庭无分泌物 ,鼻中隔轻度左偏。左侧中下鼻甲不大 ,中下鼻道无脓性分泌物。右侧下鼻甲充血肿大 ,下鼻道后端有少量分泌物。用 1%麻黄素棉片置右侧鼻腔 ,收缩鼻腔粘
