从1992年起,新疆对哈萨克斯坦的出口贸易取代了香港,跃居首位。并已连续11年居新疆出口市场的第一位,占全国对哈贸易的70%以上,出口所占比重更高。2003年1-11月,新疆对哈贸易总额达224768万美元,同比增长69.7%,占全区贸易总额的54.8%,占全国对哈贸易总额的70%。地缘优势与经济发展的互补性,使新疆对哈萨克斯坦的经贸合作开展得红红火火,并呈现持续、稳定增长的良好势头。
Since 1992, Xinjiang’s export trade to Kazakhstan has replaced Hong Kong and jumped to the top. It has been the No. 1 export market in Xinjiang for 11 consecutive years, accounting for more than 70% of the total trade with Kazakhstan and the share of exports being even higher. From January to November 2003, total trade with Kazakhstan reached 2.24768 billion U.S. dollars, up by 69.7% over the same period of the previous year, accounting for 54.8% of the total trade volume in the region and accounting for 70% of the total trade volume with Kazakhstan. The complementarities between geopolitical advantages and economic development have brought Xinjiang’s economic and trade cooperation to Kazakhstan to a booming economy with sustained and steady growth.
