目的了解云南省三级甲等医院护士对医院组织文化特点和护士工作生活质量感知水平,并探讨二者之间的关系.方法采用组织文化量表(organizational culture profile,OCP)和工作生活质量量表(quality of work life scale,QWLS),对云南省三级甲等医院416名在职护士进行问卷调查.结果护士对医院文化感知中,竞争(3.56±0.49)、绩效考评(4.08±0.22)、稳定(3.68±0.43)和社会责任感(3.95±0.37)在组织组织文化中占主要地位,而支持(3.19±0.79)、创新(3.21±0.62)和激励(2.42±0.79)处于组织文化中的次要地位.护士工作生活质量调查结果显示处于中等水平(57.46±15.17).研究中组织文化的7个维度与护士工作生活质量呈正相关(P<0.01).结论组织文化对提高护士生活质量有积极作用,并最终提高工作质量为患者提供优质护理.
Objective To understand the level of perceived organizational culture and nurses’ quality of life in the first-class hospital of Yunnan Province and to explore the relationship between the two.Methods Organized culture scale (OCP) and quality of life (QWLS) questionnaire was used to survey 416 in-service nurses in Grade A hospitals in Yunnan Province.Results The nurses’ attitudes towards hospital culture were 3.56 ± 0.49, 4.08 ± 0.22, Stable (3.68 ± 0.43) and social responsibility (3.95 ± 0.37) dominated the organizational culture, while the supportive (3.19 ± 0.79), innovative (3.21 ± 0.62) and stimulated (2.42 ± 0.79) (57.46 ± 15.17) .The 7 dimensions of organizational culture were positively correlated with the work and life quality of nurses (P0.01) .Conclusion The organizational culture is positive for improving the quality of life of nurses Role, and ultimately improve the quality of work to provide patients with quality care.
