随着中国城市化进程的加速,整个国民经济水平的提高以及现代零售商业的迅猛发展,人们对营养健康的追求也在不断提升。在有冷链保证的地区推广以巴氏杀菌奶为代表的新鲜乳品是中国乳业的消费趋势。一个创造新鲜、创新生活、追求高品质消费的时代正在到来。为了深入贯彻《国务院办公厅关于加强液态奶生产经营管理的通知》(以下简称《通知》)精神,切实做好巴氏杀菌乳,从而推动我国乳品科研、生产、加工、消费水平的升级,增强奶业整体的国际竞争力,北京市奶业协会和上海奶业行业协会于2006年11月29~30日在上海召开了《创造新鲜创新生活》的研讨会,会议由光明乳业股份有限公司董事长兼总经理王佳芬主持。与会代表针对各地在巴氏杀菌奶生产、加工、检验、销售等环节面临的现实问题,在奶源管理、加工工艺、过程控制、产品检验、市场宣传等方面的经验和做法进行了深入地探讨。现将部分代表的讲话摘要刊登如下,以飨读者。

In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of “Notice of the General Office of the State Council on Strengthening the Management of Liquid Milk Production” (hereinafter referred to as the “Circular”), we will effectively implement the pasteurization of dairy milk to promote the upgrading and enhancement of China’s dairy product research, production, processing and consumption levels International competitiveness of dairy industry as a whole, Beijing Dairy Association and Shanghai Dairy Industry Association held a seminar on “Creating a Fresh and Innovative Living” in Shanghai from November 29 to November 30, 2006. The meeting was held by directors of Bright Dairy Co., Ltd. Wang Jiafen, general manager and presided over. Participants in response to the pasteurized milk around the production, processing, testing, marketing and other aspects of the real problems facing the milk source management, processing technology, process control, product testing, marketing and other aspects of experience and practice were discussed in depth .
