为了有效地对埋地石油管道进行雷电防护,必须合理分析雷电对埋地石油管道的危害。介绍了雷电对埋地石油管道的危害方式及主要表现。考虑埋地金属管道阻抗、绝缘层阻抗和腐蚀防护设备电缆阻抗,在ATP-EMTP中建立埋地石油管道雷击模型。分析管道埋设深度、绝缘层材料和管道壁厚对管道上产生的雷电过电压影响。仿真结果表明:绝缘层绝缘性能越好,管道过电压也越高;埋设深度增加,过电压减小;管道壁厚对过电压影响较小。安装避雷器可以有效保护阴极保护设备。
In order to effectively carry out lightning protection of buried oil pipelines, it is necessary to analyze the harm of lightning to buried oil pipelines reasonably. Describes the ways and the main manifestations of lightning damage to buried oil pipelines. Considering the buried metal pipeline resistance, insulation resistance and corrosion protection equipment cable impedance, a model of underground oil pipeline lightning is established in ATP-EMTP. Analyze the buried depth of pipeline, the effect of insulation material and pipe wall thickness on lightning overvoltage generated on the pipeline. The simulation results show that the better the insulation performance of the insulation layer is, the higher the overvoltage of the pipeline is; the deeper the buried depth is, the lower the overvoltage is; the less influence of the pipe wall thickness on the overvoltage is. Arrester installation can effectively protect the cathodic protection device.
