随着信息技术和知识经济的高速发展,很多产品和服务的成本都相差无几。面对激烈的市场竞争,努力提高产品和服务的质量,已经成为一个企业始终保持竞争力的关键。很多跨国旅游饭店也意识到质量竞争力的重要性,而质量竞争力评价,又是跨国旅游饭店提升竞争力的前提条件。本文构建了跨国旅游饭店质量竞争力的指标体系,采用专家打分和模糊综合评价的方法,构建了跨国旅游饭店的质量竞争力评价模型,并用实例具体计算,较为全面、客观地评价了跨国旅游饭店的质量竞争力。
