中国人的血脂水平上海、北京、武汉、黑龙江、四川、内蒙、新疆①、②、③、④、⑤、⑥、⑦等许多地方先后都曾有过报告。但血脂水平与许多因素有关,我国地区辽阔,民族繁多,生活条件差异,饮食习惯不同,一个地区人群的血脂水平往往不宜与另一地区通用。而且,以往不少血脂报告常以学院师生、医院工作人员及输血员为对象,而对广大工农兵的血脂水平研究甚少。根据卫生工作面向工农兵的方针,遵循开门办科研的精神,我们于1974年以大冶钢厂工人为主体,开展了工人血脂水平的测定。主要目的是探讨高温作业条件下,亦即高温与劳动两个因素对工人血脂水平的影响。
Chinese people’s blood lipid level Shanghai, Beijing, Wuhan, Heilongjiang, Sichuan, Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang ①, ②, ③, ④, ⑤, ⑥, ⑦ and many other places have had reports. However, blood lipid levels and many factors related to China’s vast territory, ethnic diversity, different living conditions, different eating habits, blood lipid levels in a region often not common with the other regions. Moreover, in the past many lipid reports often targeted at college teachers and students, hospital staff and blood transfusion workers, and little was done on the blood lipid levels of the broad masses of workers, peasants and soldiers. According to the principle of health work facing the workers, peasants and soldiers, following the spirit of opening a door to conducting scientific research, we carried out the determination of blood lipid levels of workers in Daye Steel Works in 1974 as the main body. The main purpose is to investigate the effects of high temperature and labor on the blood lipid levels of workers under high temperature operating conditions.
