目的:探讨乳腺癌组织中耐药相关蛋白(ABCG2)和P-糖蛋白(P-gp)的表达情况。方法:选取2012年1月~2014年5月在河北医科大学第四医院手术治疗的乳腺癌患者组织标本65例,同时选取乳腺纤维腺瘤组织44例作为对照,采用免疫组化染色检测ABCG2和P-gp蛋白表达情况。结果:在乳腺癌标本中ABCG2和P-gp阳性表达率分别为49.23%和41.54%,均明显高于纤维腺瘤的20.45%和9.09%,两者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);乳腺癌标本中,肿瘤最大直径>2 cm患者中ABCG2蛋白阳性表达率为59.09%,明显高于肿瘤最大直径≤2 cm患者(28.57%),两者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而在年龄、临床分期和淋巴结转移间,ABCG2蛋白阳性表达率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);伴有淋巴结转移的患者中P-gp蛋白阳性表达率为62.96%,明显高于无淋巴结转移患者的26.32%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而在年龄、临床分期和肿瘤最大直径间,P-gp蛋白阳性表达率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:ABCG2可能与乳腺癌的恶性增殖有关,而P-gp蛋白表达与乳腺癌淋巴结转移有关。
Objective: To investigate the expression of ABCG2 and P-glycoprotein in breast cancer tissues. Methods: Sixty-five patients with breast cancer who underwent surgery in the Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University from January 2012 to May 2014 were selected. Forty-four patients with breast fibroadenoma were selected as control. Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect ABCG2 and P-gp protein expression. Results: The positive rates of ABCG2 and P-gp in breast cancer specimens were 49.23% and 41.54%, respectively, which were significantly higher than that of fibroadenomas (20.45% and 9.09%, P <0.05, respectively) ). In breast cancer specimens, the positive rate of ABCG2 protein was 59.09% in patients with tumor diameter> 2 cm, which was significantly higher than that in patients with tumor diameter≤2 cm (28.57%) (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the positive expression rates of ABCG2 protein between age, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis (P> 0.05). The positive rate of P-gp protein in patients with lymph node metastasis was 62.96% , Which was significantly higher than that of patients without lymph node metastasis (26.32%) (P <0.05). However, there was no significant difference in the expression of P-gp protein among age, clinical stage and tumor diameter P> 0.05). Conclusion: ABCG2 may be related to the malignant proliferation of breast cancer, while the expression of P-gp is related to lymph node metastasis in breast cancer.
