猕猴桃是雌雄异株的藤本果树,我国有52个种、变种和类型,种质资源丰富。但它们之间存在花期不遇,给杂交育种工作带来困难。因此,对其花粉生活力和贮藏方法的研究就显得十分重要。目前国内外这方面的报道不多,特别是贮藏一年的花粉在杂交上的应用,尚未见到报道。本试验以本所栽培园的中华(软毛)、毛花及长叶猕猴桃的开花植株为材料,于1981—1983年花期进行了不同浓度糖类培养基的花粉萌发试验及不同贮藏方法的研究。
Kiwi is dioecious fruit tree, our country has 52 species, varieties and types, rich germplasm resources. However, the flowering period between them is not met, which brings difficulties to the crossbreeding. Therefore, the pollen viability and storage methods of study is very important. At present, there are not many reports at home and abroad, especially the application of pollen which has been stored for one year in hybridization. In this experiment, the pollen germination experiments and different storage methods of Chinese (soft hair), woolly and long-leaved kiwifruit in the cultivation garden of this Institute were used to study the pollen germination and the methods of storage in different concentrations of sugar culture medium from 1981 to 1983 .
