[案例]:农村妇女范某去年四月到某砖厂当了一名季节工,与厂方签订了从五月一日到十月三十一日,为期五个月的劳动合同。合同期满的前一天,范某突然因心脏病住进了医院。第二天合同到期,厂方与住院医疗的范某终止了劳动合同。两个月后范某出院,申请仲裁主张代通知金和非法解除劳动合同赔偿金。
[Case]: A farmer Fan Fan went to a brick factory as a seasonal worker in April last year and signed a five-month labor contract with the factory from May 1 to October 31. The day before the contract expired, Fan suddenly admitted to the hospital because of heart disease. The next day the contract expired, the factory and hospital medical Fan terminated the labor contract. Two months later Fanmou discharged, apply for arbitration on behalf of the notice of payment of gold and illegal termination of labor contract compensation.
