黄铜毛细管在航空、仪表、电子工业等方面有着广泛的用途,每年需求量相当大。通常对 H68黄铜毛细管沿用下述工艺:φ5mm(坯料ε=29%)—→φ3.6mm(ε=35.5%)—→退火-→φ2.4mm(ε=28%)——→φ1.8mm(ε=25%)-→退火-→φ1.4mm(ε=17%)—→φ1.2mm(ε=21%)—→退火
Brass capillaries have a wide range of uses in aeronautics, instrumentation, electronics, etc., and demand is substantial each year. The H68 brass capillaries are usually machined using the following process: φ5mm (blank ε = 29%) → → φ3.6mm (ε = 35.5%) → → anneal → φ2.4mm (ε = 28%) → φ1.8mm (ε = 25%) - → Annealing - → φ1.4 mm (ε = 17%) - → φ1.2 mm (ε = 21%) - → Annealing
