目的了解丰泽区肺结核发病特点及趋势,为制定防治规划提供依据。方法对2005—2014年活动性肺结核患者登记资料进行分析。结果 2005—2014年丰泽区共收治肺结核患者2 407例,年均登记发病率48.8/10万,发病率呈先升后降趋势。外来人口患者1 668例,登记发病率60.4/10万明显高于本区户籍患者739例、34.0/10万;15~44岁占73.3%(外来人口占84.7%);民工占69.6%。结论实施DOTS控制策略10年来,丰泽区结核病防控取得显著效果,今后应加强中青年和民工群体肺结核病筛查和防治,并积极开展心理干预治疗。
Objective To understand the characteristics and trends of the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis in Fengze District and provide evidence for the development of prevention and control plans. Methods The registration data of patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis from 2005 to 2014 were analyzed. Results A total of 2 407 cases of tuberculosis were admitted in Fortress area from 2005 to 2014, with an average annual incidence of 48.8 / 100 000, and the incidence increased first and then decreased. The number of migrant population was 1 668, with a registered incidence of 60.4 / 100 000, which was significantly higher than 739 cases with 34.0 / 100 thousand of registered permanent residents in this area; 73.3% were aged 15-44 (84.7% of whom were migrants); Conclusion In the 10 years since DOTS control strategy was implemented, the prevention and control of tuberculosis in Fengze District has achieved remarkable results. In the future, screening and prevention and treatment of tuberculosis among young and middle-aged and migrant workers should be strengthened and psychological intervention should be actively carried out.
