利用常压MOCVD系统在透明衬底CaF_2上生长了ZnSe-ZnS应变超晶格。研究了低密度激发下该结构在不同温度下的光学性质,对光谱中出现的多个发光体进行了分析。
The ZnSe-ZnS strained superlattice was grown on the transparent substrate CaF_2 by using atmospheric MOCVD system. The optical properties of the structure at different temperatures under low-density excitation were studied, and several luminophores appeared in the spectrum were analyzed.
