如何准确地对扣件式钢管模板支架的稳定承载力进行计算是工程中亟待解决的一个技术难题。现有的各种模板支架承载力计算方法中,均没有考虑由于扣件的“偏心连接”而导致的立杆与横杆不在同一平面内的影响。在分析扣件式钢管模板支架结构特点的基础上,提出了考虑扣件“偏心连接”的数值计算模型。利用有限元软件ANSYS对大量不同搭设参数下的扣件式钢管模板支架分别进行是否考虑直角扣件偏心影响的数值分析,找出“扣件偏心”这一因素对模板支架整体承载性能的影响。所提出的计算模型合理、安全,建议考虑将其应用在模板支架规范中。
How to accurately calculate the steady bearing capacity of the fastener-pipe formwork support is a technical problem to be solved urgently in the project. In the existing methods for calculating the bearing capacity of various formwork brackets, the effect that the vertical rod and the horizontal rod are not in the same plane due to the “eccentric connection” of the fastener is not considered. Based on the analysis of the structural characteristics of the fastener-pipe formwork, a numerical calculation model considering the fastener “eccentric connection” is proposed. The finite element software ANSYS is used to analyze whether the eccentricity of the right-angled fastener is taken into account by a large number of fastener-type steel pipe formwork brackets under different erection parameters to find out the influence of the “fastener eccentricity” on the overall bearing performance of the stencil stent influences. The proposed calculation model is reasonable and safe, and it is suggested that it should be applied in the template support specification.
