对饲以含22%的经~(60)COγ射线2000戈瑞辐照的北京烤鸭肉粉和4%鸭油饲料的大鼠和小鼠进行亚慢性毒性实验和染色体畸变分析。结果表明实验组和对照组在生长发育、食物利用系数、血液常规和特定生化指标、脏体比和脏器病理检查等方面均无统计学上的显著性差异。两组动物的骨髓细胞和睾丸细胞的染色体畸变率也无显著差异。研究表明该辐照北京烤鸭对实验动物无毒理学有害影响。
The subchronic toxicity test and chromosomal aberration analysis were carried out on rats and mice fed with Beijing Peking duck meat powder and 4% duck oil diet containing 22% of 60 Gy γ-rays irradiated with 2000 Gy radiation. The results showed that there was no statistically significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in terms of growth and development, food utilization coefficient, blood routine and specific biochemical indicators, ratio of body and body, and organ pathological examination. There was no significant difference in the chromosome aberration rate between bone marrow cells and testicular cells in both groups. Studies have shown that the irradiation of Beijing roast duck has no toxicological and harmful effects on experimental animals.
