稳定土拌和机铣削路面的铣刀座由35CrMnMo 和20SiMn 焊接成型。20SiMn 是焊接性良好的材料,而35CrMnMo 是中碳低合金高强钢,钢材淬硬倾向十分明显,焊接性能差,按 IIW 推荐的碳当量为0.8%,根据经验,当Ceg>0.4%时,焊接性能就变差,而35CrMnMo 的 Ceg 值高达近0.8%,而且此材料为铸件,本身偏析相对较高,更加剧了钢的裂纹产生倾向,所以要采用较高的预热温度和严格的工艺规范。
