目前,三元络合物在分光光度分析中的应用已日愈广泛。某些作者曾报导了金属与邻菲啰啉、酸性染料所形成的三元络合物。对铁、铜的测定均有较高的灵敏度。考虑到4.7-二苯基菲啰啉(BP)由于苯基的影响,所形成之络合物应具有更高的灵敏度和疏水性。本文研究了铜离子与BP及荧光桃红(phlo)所形成之三元络合物。并应用于高纯镁中微量铜的测定。其ε_(560)=7.6×10~4,为目前光度法测铜中灵敏度最高的方法之一。
At present, ternary complexes have become more and more widely used in spectrophotometric analysis. Some authors have reported ternary complexes of metals with phenanthroline and acid dyes. On the iron, copper determination has a higher sensitivity. Taking into account the 4.7-diphenyl phenanthroline (BP) due to the impact of phenyl, the resulting complex should have a higher sensitivity and hydrophobicity. In this paper, the ternary complex of copper ion with BP and phlole was studied. And applied to the determination of trace copper in high purity magnesium. Its ε_ (560) = 7.6 × 10 ~ 4, which is one of the most sensitive methods for copper determination by spectrophotometry.
