1月1.完成晚报中层机构设置和中层干部的聘任工作,晚报实现了采访中心、出版中心、质控中心、广告经营中心和综合办公室5大管理板块,17个部门的格局。2.中层干部聘任名单公布,同时报社全体员工“双向选择”及“战线调整”原则与方法“出炉”。在集团各单位中率先进行了员工与岗位间的“双向选择”工作。3.结合大连晚报新发展新情况,1月起,大连晚报先后制定和完善了大连晚报编委会议事规则、大连晚报采编人员守则、大连晚报领导班子联系部门制度、大连晚报采编会议制度等,这些制度的确立,使各项工作更加有章可循,有效地保证了各项工作的运转。
