讲卫生不生病这是人人都懂得的道理。手脏了洗洗手;脸脏了洗洗脸;衣服脏了,勤换洗。人体脏了,也要经常打扫“卫生”,清除体内的“垃圾”。 由于种种原因,人体内经常存有许多物质。如呼吸时吸入的粉尘、有害金属微粒;吃了不卫生的食品产生的病毒、细菌等;人体氧化过程中产生的副产物——超氧阴离子自由基和过氧化氢及羟自由基等。这些有害物质不清除,就会酿成各种疾病。因此要保持身体健康就必须经常打扫“卫生”,清除体内的“垃圾”,保持身体内环境的纯洁,消除健康隐患。清除体内“垃圾”的方法主要有:
