苦参碱(matrine)系宁夏盐池药厂从豆科植物苦豆子 Sophora alopecuroides L. 中提得的一个生物碱,为白色粉末结晶,分子式为 C_(15)H_(24)N_2O,熔点为76℃。我们在研究苦参碱的镇静作用时,发现本品有明显的镇痛效应,现将初步结果简报如下。酒石酸锑钾扭体测痛试验:小鼠4组(每组12只),分别 SC 生理盐水、苦参碱10、20和30mg/kg 按酒石酸锑钾扭体测痛法,测得各组小鼠的扭体反应数为15.8±1.1,7.5+1.4,4.2±1.2和4.0±0.9,各剂量苦参碱组小鼠扭体反应抑制率为52.5%(p<0.001)、73.4%(D<0.001)和74.7%(P<0.001)。
