目的探讨对前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血患者采取欣母沛联合宫腔填纱治疗的临床效果。方法选取2016年10月至2017年10月来我院就诊的前置胎盘剖宫产患者64例,随机将其分为实验组和参照组,每组32例。对参照组和实验组患者分别采取缩宫素联合宫腔填纱治疗和欣母沛联合宫腔填纱治疗。对64例患者的产后出血量、脉搏、血压以及血氧饱和度进行比较。结果实验组前置胎盘剖宫产患者的术后出血量相比于参照组,明显较少,组间对比存在统计学意义（P 〈0.05）。对比两组患者治疗后的脉搏、血压以及血氧饱和度,组间数据呈现为P〉 0.05
