目的 :调查新护士核心能力与自我职业生涯管理现状并分析两者之间的关系。方法 :采用中国注册护士核心能力量表和自我职业生涯管理问卷对太原市4所三级甲等综合医院459名新护士进行问卷调查。结果 :新护士核心能力总分为(154.88±32.00)分,自我职业生涯管理总分为(48.47±6.42)分,均处于中等水平。新护士核心能力与自我职业生涯管理呈正相关(P<0.01)。分层回归分析结果显示,控制人口学变量后,职业目标、继续学习对新护士的核心能力具有预测作用。结论 :加强自我职业生涯管理是提升新护士核心能力的有效途径,护理管理者及护士个人应当采取措施加强自我职业生涯管理,从而提升核心能力水平,达到个人与医院双赢的目标。
Aims: To investigate the status quo of core competence and self-career management of new nurses and analyze the relationship between the two. Methods: 459 new nurses from 4 tertiary level general hospitals in Taiyuan were surveyed by using the Chinese registered nurse’s core competence scale and self-career management questionnaire. Results: The total score of core competence of new nurses was (154.88 ± 32.00) points, and the total score of self-career management was (48.47 ± 6.42) points, all at a moderate level. The core competence of new nurses was positively correlated with self-career management (P <0.01). The results of stratified regression analysis showed that after controlling for the demographic variables, career goals and continued learning played a predictive role in the core competence of new nurses. Conclusion: Strengthening self-career management is an effective way to enhance the core competence of nurses. Nursing managers and nurses should take measures to strengthen self-career management so as to enhance their core competencies and win the win-win situation between individuals and hospitals.
