目的探讨类风湿关节炎(RA)患者血清CXC趋化因子配体16(CXCL16)水平变化及临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测200例RA患者(RA组)、180例骨关节炎患者(OA组)及200例健康体检者(正常对照组)血清CXCL16水平,比较组间CXCL16水平差异;根据关节疾病活动度评分(DAS28),将RA组分为高度活动组、中度活动组和低度活动组,比较组间CXCL16水平差异,并分析DAS28评分与CXCL16水平的相关性。结果 RA组血清CXCL16水平明显高于OA组和正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);OA组与正常对照组之间CXCL16水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);RA高度活动组、中度活动组和低度活动组之间CXCL16水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各组CXCL16水平与DAS28评分均呈正相关(r值分别为0.820、0.674、0.748,P<0.01)。结论血清CXCL16可作为RA的实验室诊断指标,也可作为病情观察和预后判断的依据。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum CXC chemokine ligand 16 (CXCL16) in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and its clinical significance. Methods Serum levels of CXCL16 in 200 patients with RA (RA group), 180 patients with osteoarthritis (OA group) and 200 healthy controls (normal control group) were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) (DAS28). RA patients were divided into high activity group, moderate activity group and low activity group. The difference of CXCL16 level was compared between groups, and the correlation between DAS28 score and CXCL16 level was analyzed. Results The serum level of CXCL16 in RA group was significantly higher than that in OA group and normal control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in CXCL16 between OA group and normal control group (P> 0.05) There was significant difference in CXCL16 between active group, moderate activity group and low activity group (P <0.05). The level of CXCL16 in each group was positively correlated with DAS28 (r = 0.820,0.674,0.748, P <0.01). Conclusion Serum CXCL16 can be used as a laboratory diagnostic index of RA, and can also be used as the basis of disease observation and prognosis.
