辽宁省是多民族的省份,拥有丰富多彩的非物质文化遗产,体现了我省各族人民的创造力、文化价值和审美情趣。保护和利用好非物质文化遗产,对于继承和发扬民族优秀文化传统、增进民族团结、增强民族自信心和凝聚力、建设和谐辽宁都具有重要意义。为了加强对我省非物质文化遗产的保护与开发,本文以海城庙会为例,对其保护与开发的现状和存在的问题进行分析,探讨造成上述局面的原因,在借鉴国内外非物质遗产保护与开发的成功经验和理论前提下,结合海城庙会的文化特色,进一步提出和总结了保护与开发海城庙会的相关策略和方法。
Liaoning Province is a multi-ethnic province with rich and colorful intangible cultural heritage, reflecting the creativity, cultural values and aesthetic taste of people of all ethnic groups in our province. To protect and make good use of the intangible cultural heritage is of great significance to the inheritance and development of the outstanding cultural traditions, the enhancement of national unity, the enhancement of national self-confidence and cohesion, and the construction of a harmonious Liaoning. In order to strengthen the protection and development of the intangible cultural heritage in our province, this paper takes Haicheng Temple Fair as an example to analyze the status quo and existing problems of its protection and development, and to explore the reasons for the above-mentioned situation. After drawing lessons from the intangible cultural heritage at home and abroad, Protection and development of the successful experience and theoretical premise, combined with the cultural characteristics of Haicheng Temple Fair, to further put forward and summed up the protection and development of Haicheng Temple Fair related strategies and methods.
