在生产汽车专用三滤纸的过程中,发生的废水呈高碱性.该废水首先需要中和后,才能进行生物处理,最终达标排放.利用该公司邻近企业的废酸对生产废水进行中和,以废治废,保护了环境,又节省了中和费用.处理公司每天产生的300m3碱性废水,需要废酸2.83m3,可达到中和的目的.研究表明,该中和反应是典型的强酸滴定强碱,突跃范围很大.在工程设计中,必须将废酸作一定的稀释后再中和,减小突跃范围,从而使中和后废水的pH值稳定在6～9,满足后续生物处理的条件.
