马克思在《1844年经济学哲学手稿》中的工资理论是他的劳资关系理论的理论基础之一。工资分配直接决定劳资关系是否和谐、宏观经济是否能良性就业扩张。马克思的这些理论给我们一些启示：我国目前的私营企业中的劳资关系问题和社会就业压力大问题较深层次的原因可能在于劳动成果分配上的差距过大。
