胀缩式卷筒因能够发生自陷式缩径,而大大降低了对卷筒的强度要求、方便了卸卷操作,在冷轧领域得到了广泛的应用。实际卷取过程中,皮带助卷器撤离后,经常会因带钢与卷筒之间的径向压紧力不足而导致打滑并擦伤带钢表面,若在皮带助卷器撤离后进行二次胀径,就能够有效地避免因径向压紧力不足而造成的带钢打滑擦伤。本文采用有限元分析的方法,对胀缩式卷筒的二次胀径过程进行了研究和分析,并计算出了卷筒的最佳二次胀形时机,为冷轧带钢的生产提供了理论指导。
