随着企业竞争日益激烈,企业的人力资源管理部门在企业管理中的地位越来越重要。人工成本控制又是人力资源管理中的重要组成部分,更应引起重视。企业在提高自身竞争力的时候,就需要合理控制人工成本,以保证企业健康、稳定、持续地发展。笔者主要围绕人工成本控制和人力资源管理的关系,并结合企业实际情况,对人工成本管理及控制现状进行梳理和对比分析,从不同的角度来论述企业人工成本控制的具体方案。
With the increasingly fierce competition in the enterprise, the human resources department of the enterprise plays an increasingly important role in the business management. Labor cost control is an important part of human resource management, but should pay more attention. Enterprises in improving their own competitiveness, we need to control the artificial cost of a reasonable, in order to ensure healthy, stable and sustainable development. The author mainly focuses on the relationship between labor cost control and human resource management. Combing with the actual situation of the enterprise, the author combs and compares the labor cost management and control status quo, and discusses the concrete plan of labor cost control from different angles.
