在 4.5×10~(-2)mol/l NH_4Cl-5.4×10~(-2)mol/l NH_3-2×10~(-3)mol/l 铜铁试剂溶液(pH~9.5)中,用示差脉冲吸附伏安法测定海水中痕量 Cr(VI)。导数峰电位为-1.40 V(VS.Ag/AgCl)、峰电流与 Cr(VI)浓度在 0.05~1.2 ng/ml 范围内呈线性关系。检出限为 0.04 ng/ml。对 Cr(VI)含量为 0.35 ng/ml的海水样品,变异系数为 7.6%,平均回收率为92%。本法已应用于厦门近岸海水中 Cr(VI)的测定。
